Refund Policy
We hope you love your Sensory on Wheels products. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to sensoryonwheels@gmail.com to inquire about refunds and exchanges.
Sensory on Wheels accepts refunds and exchanges 15 days after your product arrives. Beyond this time period, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Please do not return your product without reaching out to sensoryonwheels@gmail.com. Any products that we receive that have not been approved for return may not be eligible for a refund. To successfully complete a refund, we require proof of purchase.
Once you are approved for a refund and the item is received, we will notify you via e-mail and issue a refund to the original method of payment.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
